• Accutech ERP cloud based software
• Accounting, GST, billing & inventory modules
• Any additional services, tools, integrations, or features provided by Accutech ERP

By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. License & Permitted Use

Subject to payment of applicable fees, Accutech ERP grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software.

You are allowed to:

• Use the ERP system for your own business operations
• Manage accounting, GST, billing, inventory, and reports
• Access the platform via web or authorized applications

You are not allowed to:

• Use the platform for third-party services without authorization
• Resell, rent, or distribute the software
• Reverse engineer or copy the system

3. User Eligibility

To use Accutech ERP, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be legally capable of entering into a contract
• Provide accurate and complete registration details

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if eligibility conditions are not met.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree that:

• All data entered (accounts, GST, invoices, etc.) is accurate
• You are responsible for verifying reports and calculations
• You will comply with all applicable laws, including GST and tax regulations

Accutech ERP is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect data entered by users.

5. Subscription & Payments

• Access to Accutech ERP is based on subscription plans
• All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated
• Failure to pay may result in suspension of services

6. Data & Privacy

Your data security is important to us. By using the platform, you agree that:

• Your business and financial data may be stored securely on our servers
• Data may be processed for service improvement and compliance
• You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login credentials
• We do not sell your data to third parties

7. Service Availability

We strive to ensure uninterrupted access, but we do not guarantee:

• 100% uptime
• Error-free performance
• Compatibility with all systems

Temporary downtime may occur due to maintenance or technical issues.

8. Limitation of Liability

Accutech ERP shall not be liable for:

• Financial losses due to incorrect data entry
• Tax penalties or compliance errors
• System downtime or technical failures

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the service.

9. Intellectual Property

All rights related to the platform belong to Accutech ERP, including:

• Software code
• Design, features, and functionality
• Branding, logos, and trademarks

You are not allowed to copy, modify, or distribute any part of the software.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms
• You misuse the platform
• Payment is not completed

Upon termination, access to your account may be revoked.

11. Communication Consent

By using our services, you agree to receive:

• Emails
• SMS
• WhatsApp notifications
• Calls regarding service updates, offers, or support

12. Security

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials secure
• Preventing unauthorized access
• Using proper antivirus and security measures

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Punjab, India.
